Peak Producers is not just a name — it represents the core values we strive to have in our members, our organization and our impact on the real estate community.  Simply put, we want to work with the best, in the best way possible, to achieve the best results.  The members who have joined Peak Producers have all met very specific professional and performance criteria:

WHY WORK WITH A PEAK PRODUCER?

The Peak Producers consists of area real estate agents in the top 10% of their field, based on volume of closed listing and sale transactions in the Pikes Peak MLS.

The top 10% of Agents in 2018 each closed a minimum of 24 transactions.

The top 10% of Agents closed almost half (46.4%)of all the local real estate transactions in 2018 . The 120 Agents/Teams that make up The Peak Producers this year closed 13.6% of the total transactions themselves!

The top 10% of Agents in 2018 closed an average of 46.3 transactions each, compared to an average of 9.3 transactions each for all local real estate agents in the PPMLS. Peak Producer Agents closed an average of 41 transactions each last year!

The top 10% of Agents in 2018 closed on average 5 times more transac-tions than the average of all Agents in their entirety. Peak Producer Agents closed on average more than 5 times as many transactions as the average for all real estate agents in the PPMLS for 2018.

The total number of Agents in PPAR as of 12/31/18 were 3,896 – 304 more than the year before and 1,169 more than five years before, an increase of 43% more real estate agents since the end of 2013.

The total number of transaction sides (buyer is one transaction; seller is another) across the entire PPMLS in 2018 equaled 36,311 – a decrease of 1,576 sides (-4.2%) from the total one year before but 11,379 sides (46%) more than the total from five years before.

The top 10% of active local Agents (364 Agents) closed 16,857 transaction sides in 2018, or 46.4% of the total. The remaining 90% of Agents (3,532) closed 19,454 transaction sides, or 53.6% of the total. This year’s 100 Peak Producer members and teams closed 4,955 transaction sides in 2018, or 13.6% of the total!

Active Agents in the top 10% each closed on average about 5 times the number of transactions than the average for all the Agents in PPAR, having averaged slightly more than 46 transaction sides each in 2018 compared to about 9 each for all Agents on the whole. This year’s Peak Producers averaged over 41 transaction sides in 2018 – more than five times greater than the average of all local Agents!

Nearly half of the Agents in the PPMLS – 1,831 or 47% – closed 3 deals or fewer in 2018. Furthermore, 1,075 Agents, or 27.6% of the Agents in the PPMLS, closed just a single transaction; while 323 of them, or about 8% of the total Agents, did not close any. One year ago, 35% of the Agents closed 3 deals or fewer. Five years ago, 50% of the Agents closed 3 deals or fewer.

The top 10% of active Agents last year each closed a minimum of 24 transactions, resulting in 364 Agents qualifying for Peak Producers membership in 2019.
