Faith: The first step in our business process involved the creation of a mission statement, something that could guide and steer us away from doubt, fear, and perceived limitations. Our mission statement purports the following: "By implementing faith in God, our mission is to serve with compassion, lead with integrity, and to inspire clients in realizing their real estate dreams..." We believe that this vision has produced a healthy business and a viable ministry simultaneously. It has been critically important to have the Holy Spirit at work within us in order to bear lasting fruit - the kind of fruit that can only be produced by love. "You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit - fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name" (John 15:16). It has been an honor to see how God has worked through the experience.

Family: Cherise Selley has been married to Dr. Gordon Selley for nearly (14) years. Even though they both participate in different aspects of Selley Group Real Estate, LLC, this takes a backseat to their relationship with God and the priorities of their family. Their blended family experience provides the testimony of God's redeeming love and the importance of unity within the family construct.
