I have over 29 years of experience in the Colorado Springs real estate market. I listen and counsel buyers and sellers and provide one stop service (recommendations for lenders, title company, home inspectors, and sub contractors for any work that needs to be done) and many times oversee the repairs needed for homes owned by out-of-state owners. I am a GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional). I am also a candidate for SRES(Senior Real Estate Specialist). I have been an instructor at a local community college, teaching closings, recordkeeping and trust accounts. I am consistently recognized as being one of the top 200 agents in the city of Colorado Springs. I provide Buyers with a Buyer book after meeting with them on the intial consultation and work as a Buyer Broker advocate for most Buyers. I provide Sellers with a comprehensive market analysis and upon listing their home, hire a professional photographer to photograph the home and put together a virtual tour of the home. I also advertise in color and on several websites so that their home receives maximum exposure. Working as a team, there is always someone available to show the Buyer a home, meet with a Seller, and to follow the transaction from start to finish. We work diligently to provide communication to both Buyers and Sellers on their transaction, providing service that is "UnCommonly Good!".

I made a decision 29 years ago to become knowledgable in as many areas of the residental real estate market as I could. That being said, I have taken numerous courses on first time buyer financing, staging of homes, and marketing luxury homes. I have also taken courses in investment properties and have done numerous 1031 tax deferred exchanges. I have worked with the REO departments of Banks, listing their properties and providing management of the vacant properties and overseeing work by sub contractors. I have negotiated numerous short sales for Sellers and assisted Sellers in avoiding foreclosure. I work with a seasoned group of lenders and title company staff that are both ethical and knowlegable in the realm of real estate. I believe that these individuals and companies are part of my team.
